Allocate half the syringe for the upper tray and the remainder for the lower one.
Insert the trays, ensuring gentle pressure to enable gel contact with each tooth. Wipe any surplus gel from your gums using a tissue, cotton swab, or clean, dry toothbrush. Keep the trays in place for 90 minutes or wear them while you sleep.
Upon completion, remove the trays, rinse your mouth with lukewarm water, and thoroughly dry the trays before storing. Brush your teeth gently with toothpaste and relish your revitalized smile!
