Directions:

Preparation: Floss and brush teeth thoroughly.

Application: Tray Method (For Optimal Results): Dispense a small amount of gel into each tooth compartment of the tray where sensitivity is felt (approximately 1/4 syringe per tray). Insert trays over upper and/or lower teeth, removing excess gel afterward. Wear for 30 minutes before rinsing trays with cold water.

Brush-on Method: Apply a thick gel ribbon onto an extra-soft toothbrush, targeting the gum line. Do not rinse or spit for about 3 minutes, then expel any remaining gel.
