Placing An Order
We dispatch all orders placed before 4pm the same day.
Please note that all items will be packed in discrete packaging.
Canadian Free Delivery (4-7 Working Days)
Our Free Canadian delivery service is between 4-7 working days. Most shipments take 4-7 working days, however the postal service does sometimes have delays in which the shipments can take up to 2 weeks for delivery. Please contact us and we will track down any package which are beyond the normal delivery times. We also offer a prioirty shipping service at a cost of $14.99 which is between 2-4 working days.
US Free Delivery Service (4-7 Working Days)
Our US delivery service is between 4-7 working days. We also offer a prority delivery service which is between 2-3 workings and a cost of $9.99.
Please note that sample treatments will arrive without a sealed box and as loose items in a envelope letter. We ship all our items with USPS Amercian Postal Service to ensure your white strips arrive safely with peace of mind.
Undeliverable Countries
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship our products to the following countries due to border restrictions: Italy, Greece, Spain, Germany, Cyprus, France, Norway, Belgium, Finland, Denmark, Ireland, Croatia, Sweden and Malta.

Cancellations & Returns
Goods may be returned only if the item has not been opened within 14 working days of the date of receipt by you of the goods. The cost of the return delivery charge under these circumstances is to be paid directly by the customer.
Please contact us if you wish to return an item or cancel an order. We will then provide you with authorisation before parcel you return the item to us.
All goods must be returned in an ‘as new’ condition complete with packaging and all accessories. Where goods are returned in accordance with this provision, we will happily reimburse any money already paid by you, excluding any delivery costs incurred by us.
We are unable to accept returns of any used item for refund.
We will usually refund you what you paid for the goods but not the delivery charges, except in cases where the order was cancelled under the UK Distance Selling Regulations 2000 Notice.
We strongly recommend that you return your package by recorded delivery. We will refund you within 7 working days. These provisions do not affect your statutory rights.
